Dear Broker,
So many people write letters to complain about poor service they have received and inadequate service appears to be running rampant thoughout most industries today. I believe that when an individula's performance is outstanding, a letter of commendation should follow as well. I am taking the time to write this letter to express my gratitude, praise and appreciation for the exceptional job done by your Realtor, Lisa M. Jasper,GRI. Lisa tirelessly and effectively managed to get my home sold in the midst of the housing crisis in which the Phoenix home prices continue to fall. My home had been on the market with two other Realtors who had put a sign in my yard, a lockbox and then did nothing. Late 2007, having no prospects and more importantly, no "lookers", I took my home off the MLS and within hours received a call from Lisa. She spoke candidly and positively with me so I wanted to give her a chance. We arranged our meeting and I was impressed with her from the start. Her honesty and integrity shone through.
You have to admit this is a very, very tough market but Lisa has enormous energy, drive, determination, positive attitude, attention to detail and a thorough field of knowledge not only of the Peoria area but an extensive knowledge of all Real Estate laws and procedures as well. Lisa did not promise me the world but was very up front and honest about every detail throughout our association. If it were not for Lisa, I would have lost my house and gone under.
You can say that this is what any good Realtor would do but there is another aspect to Lisa's performance which must be highlighted. She has compassion and understanding of people and a deep sense of the emotional aspect that quite often surfaces when an individual is selling property that has had great meaning in his/her life. In my case it was the loss of my 51 year old husband to stage 4 lung cancer. Though financially necessary, it was very difficult to let go of the life he and I built together. Lisa showed great compassion and tremendous understanding above and beyond the norm. Her sensitivity to the individual along with her real estate knowledge and expert negotiating skills (my home sold for full price) combines to make her a very unique employee.
I am so thankful that Lisa phoned me that day in early September and I will continue to recommend Lisa Jasper and your company to anyone I know who has real estate needs.

Dear Broker,
I wanted to take the opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for Lisa Jasper,GRI. Lisa listed my house at 10593 W. Salter Dr. in Peoria. In this very unstable market, Lisa hung in there with me and never gave up any hope of selling my house. She was very resourceful and not only advertised my home in every media she could think of, she also encouraged me to have a garage sale combined with an open house, she distributed flyers at local events and she constantly stayed on top of the market my house was located in so we could stay competitive in the area. Lisa also stuck with me through lot's of legal paperwork that I had to obtain because of a divorce. This made my home harder to sell. After 3 offers we were finally successful with a sound buyer and I am happy my home closed on June 13, 2008. I couldn't be happier with Lisa and I will definately refer her to family and friends and I will definately use Lisa again in the future.
